HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET MY STENCILS?

We know you can’t wait to try your new stencils, so we do our best to do everything in the shortest time possible. Our stencils are MADE TO ORDER (yes, we cut them just for you!) and processing time is 2-3 business days, while delivery time depends on the location.

We use Priority International shipping, which is the best value for money.


These are the approximate delivery times:
ITALY: 2-3 business days
EUROPE: 4-6 business days
IRELAND: 6-18 Business days
NORTH AMERICA: 10-14 business days
REST OF THE WORLD: 8-14 business days

Please note - Above mention days are standard time frame as per Italy post. We do not guarantee exact days when you'll receive your products, sometimes they get a hold in customs and get delayed. We're not responsible for this kind of delays, as we've no control over customs or other factors. However, we do our best to ship your parcel in 1-2 business days to make sure you receive your stencils in the shortest time possible.

 

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONAL? AND DO YOUR COMBINE SHIPPING?

Yes and yes!

In our shop, you pay a flat shipping rate to get as many stencils as you want. Please remember that in some cases shipments crossing international borders are subject to duty and tax assessment by the importing country's government. In some countries, duties and taxes must be paid before the goods are released from customs.

 

HOW DO YOU PACK MY STENCILS?

We put all our efforts to make sure the parcel reaches you in a timely manner and in good condition. Every stencil is packed in its own clear cello bag, and then everything is put in an envelope with the sticker “Do not bend”, just to make sure the shipping carrier handles it properly. The mylar we use for the stencils is an awesome material, incredibly sturdy and resistant, so we are pretty sure you’ll never have a single problem with the status of your parcel :)

 

DO YOU OFFER EXPEDITED SHIPPING?

For standard orders we usually don’t offer this option as it would be too expensive. However, for bulk purchases or bigger orders we can happily arrange it for you - just drop us a message to ask about it.

 

WHERE IS THE TRACKING NUMBER FOR MY PARCEL?

Please note that priority international shipping do not come with tracking number. Only expedited shipping is traceable.
