Dog in a Box is an online store where products are sold by Dog in a Box. The following terms and conditions will be used in trade between seller and all its customers.

 

TERMS OF SALE AND DELIVERY

 

1. Ordering

   When making an order the customer agrees with the then current terms and conditions regarding ordering and delivery. 

   All communication between Dog in a Box and customers is handled by email. The customer agrees to monitor his/hers email account after placing an order.

   A binding commercial agreement will come into effect when customer has placed an order. The system will confirm the order automatically with an email.

   In case of problems in availability, import restrictions of restrictions by authorities, Dog in a Box’s liability limits to cancel the purchase and return the money paid in advance.

   Dog in a Box can refer to a mistake in case of a clear product error, for example if the error is so obvious the customer should have noticed it.

 

2. Pricing

   Prices shown in the website do not include customs fees.

   The products will be sold at a price that was valid at the time of placing the order, despite of possible changes in the price after ordering.

3. Shipping

   Dog in a Box will ship the products within the estimated delivery time shown on the product page. Dog in a Box will notify the customer if the delivery is postponed for more than 7 days.

   When sending goods to Dog in a Box, the customer must keep and save all documents such as a dispatch notes.

   Customer is responsible for paying all duties, taxes, VAT and other charges that may occur when importing the ordered products to customer's country.

 

4. Payment

   Payments are made using the payment options shown on the payment methods page.

 

5. Returns

All return requests must be returned to Dog in a Box within 30 days of original arrival date.

If one or more items of your order do not meet your expectations and they are unopened, please contact us at info@doginabox.it with the following information:

 

* Reason for returning, Purchaser name, Order ID (For example, order #W-123456), Name of Item(s) and SKU number

 

Once we receive this information, we will proceed to check your order and contact you within 3 business days.

Please make sure to read the terms and conditions mentioned here before you return product(s).

 

* We will refund the amount the customer paid for the product(s).

* We will not refund the shipping fee the customer paid for the product(s).

* We will process refund after we receive product(s) and check out the quality of product(s).

* The return fee is responsibility of the customer even if the customer opts for free shipping service.
